Payment terms: 50% of the payment is to be made in advance via T/T, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
The supplier will acquire all necessary materials for production. Once the equipment is completed and verified as qualified by the Demander, the Demander is required to settle the remaining balance. Subsequently, the supplier will proceed with packing the equipment for shipment.
